I along with dozens of other Los Angeles-based artists were asked to create an artwork inspired by the (currently being remodeled) Linda Lea Theatre in Little Tokyo. The idea of a movie ticket came easily enough, combining images of the original movie theatre architecture contrasted with the samurai motif (which were generally the genre of films that were shown).
